NTA NTET 2026 – Overview

NTA NTET Admit Card 2026 and Exam City Intimation Slip have been released by the National Testing Agency (NTA) for the National Teachers Eligibility Test (NTET) for the Indian System of Medicine & Homoeopathy. Applications were open from 11 March 2026 to 07 April 2026 at exams.nta.nic.in/ntet/. The minimum qualification required is a Master's Degree in Ayurveda, Siddha, Unani, or Homoeopathy. The application fee was ₹4000 for General candidates, ₹3500 for OBC/EWS, and ₹3000 for SC/ST/PH candidates. The CBT examination is officially scheduled for 28 April 2026.

NTA NTET Admit Card 2026 – How to Check Exam City & Download Hall Ticket

The NTA has activated the links to check the allotted Exam City and download the Admit Card. Follow these steps to access your documents:

1. Visit Official Portal: Open the dedicated NTA NTET website at exams.nta.nic.in/ntet/.
2. Find the Relevant Link: Look for the "Advance Intimation of Examination City" or "Download Admit Card" link on the homepage.
3. Enter Login Credentials: Input your Application Number and Date of Birth.
4. Submit Security Pin: Enter the displayed security captcha and click 'Submit'.
5. Check Exam City: First, verify your allotted exam city to plan your travel. Note that the city slip is NOT the admit card.
6. Download Admit Card: Proceed to download the actual Admit Card PDF. Print a clear, preferably color, copy to carry to the exam center along with a valid original Photo ID.
