Tie-Breaking Criteria for GPAT 2026
In case two or more students secure the same marks, the following criteria determine the higher merit position:
- Negative Marks: Candidate with fewer negative responses is placed higher.
- Age: If the tie persists, the older candidate is given preference.
- Marks in Specific Sections: Comparison of marks in Pharmacology followed by Pharmaceutics.
