Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) February 2026 result has been announced by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) on 30 March 2026. The examination was conducted on 07-08 February 2026, with a re-exam held on 01 March 2026 for specific centers. CTET February 2026 – Eligibility Criteria

CTET Primary Level (Class I to V)

  • Senior Secondary with at least 50% marks and passed/appearing in 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education.
  • Senior Secondary with at least 45% marks and passed/appearing in 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education per NCTE 2002.
  • Senior Secondary with at least 50% marks and passed/appearing in 4-year B.El.Ed.
  • Senior Secondary with at least 50% marks and passed/appearing in 2-year Diploma in Education (Special Education).

CTET Junior Level (Class VI to VIII)

  • Graduation and passed/appearing in final year of 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education.
  • At least 50% marks in Graduation or Post-Graduation and passed/appearing in B.Ed.
  • Graduation with at least 45% marks and passed/appearing in B.Ed per NCTE regulations.
  • Senior Secondary with at least 50% marks and passed/appearing in 4-year B.El.Ed or B.A/B.Sc.Ed.
  • Post-Graduation with minimum 55% marks and passed/appearing in 3-year integrated B.Ed-M.Ed.
